You, the undersigned, are responsible for the cost of any damage incurred by you or anyone in your party. This includes, but is not limited to, burns or tears which will be paid for immediately as follows:
· to the seating upholstery - $275
· to the side panels -$150 each
· to carpets - $300
· to the headline - $650
· to the windows - $250
· Cleaning fee for sickness - $300 (please notify driver if someone in your party is not feeling well)
We reserve the right to refuse service to customer(s) due to inappropriate behavior or conduct of anyone in your party. In the event of refusal, any money paid in will be forfeited and not refunded. Reservation cancellations of less than 24 hours are subject to 50% forfeiture. No Shows forfeit 100%.
Please remember to tip the driver. Customary tip is 15% to 20%. If no tip is received at time of service, an additional charge of 20% of the net amount will be charged to the credit card number provided.
Customer agrees to hold harmless and release Elite Limousine and its drivers from any and all liabilities and claims particularly on account of all personal injuries, negligence, property damage, or loss of any kind. We are also not responsible for any legal consequence brought forward through customer's negligence.
In accordance with the law, no alcohol will be permitted in the vehicle if anyone in your party is under the age of 21. No drug activity will be allowed or tolerated in this vehicle(s).
Payment by Check will not be accepted less than 14 days before Date of Service.
